To Be Considered for a Future job with Growing Footprints, you... 
- Must hold a DEEC Teacher Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification must be up to date
- frequent and affectionate interactions with the children 
- strong/effective communicator with the children and their families
- Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum-based children's interests 
- Complete ongoing observations on children, then utilize these observations when creating children's portfolios and assessments 
- Design an environment which caters to the children's needs and interests as well as developmental levels
